The entire team at Brookside is great to work with! When I arrived at Brookside to test drive a 2006 Dodge Ram Mega Cab it was 7:15p.m. We got back to the dealership from the test drive and the salesman, Ti I arrived at Brookside to test drive a 2006 Dodge Ram Mega Cab it was 7:15p.m. We got back to the dealership from the test drive and the salesman, Tim Goelz asked me "Are you gonna take it home tonight? It was now about 7:40pm and I thought how in the world are they going to get finacing and everything done at this time of night! Well I left with my truck at 9:05pm and they close at 8:00pm, done deal! When I took the truck home the "Brookside Service" and inspection hadn't been done yet. I called the next day and set up an appointment, when I dropped the truck off I was set up with a loaner car. I feel that the Brookside Service team over and above what most used car lots would do, especially considering the truck was already sold. When the time comes for me to buy another vehicle it WILL be bought at Brookside Motors. More

My experience with Brookside Motors was the best experience EVER. I have been driving for 30+ years and have lived in Dover for over 20 of those years, and I can't believe that I have never bought experience EVER. I purchased a 2007 Toyota Solara convertible from Kevin, and he worked the deal to what "I" was able to handle, and what "I" would be comfortable with; from the monthly payments and terms of the loan, to the warranty coverage and customer service follow thru. I was scared to death to go into a new car situation since I haven't had to do that in over 10 years, but Kevin and all of the guys at Brookside helped me to feel so secure on my decision, that it all just felt soooooo right!! This was honestly by far, the best experience I have ever had buying a car! When I first began looking for a clean used suv,for my wife. I narrowed my search to a specific year, make and model. Admitedly, still a large search when your looking for a Jeep Grand Cherokee! After several weeks of looking at literally hundreds of Jeeps, using all the typical searches one would use in the used car market, I found Brookside Motors in Dover PA! This,for me,was over 200 miles away...But the Jeep was So Clean...I mean, Absolutely Perfect! The next step was to call...This is usually where the pressure begins. I paused for a moment and mentally considered the possibility of the conversation leading me to Dover. I've got to make the right decision here!... So,I dailed the phone...Carey Myers answered, within a short period of time I could feel something very genuine about Carey that made me comfortable. I knew then, this was the right choice! Honestely, the rest of if was easy and it was fun. Brookside Motors even paid our hotel expense to come to Dover! Upon our arrivial,Carey came outside to greet us. The Jeep was sitting in front of the dealership. It was everything Carey said it was and even prettier in real life.
