Just walking on to another car lot in the area I was Just walking on to another car lot in the area I was approached by a salesperson by the time I closed my car door. I said I was just looking and t Just walking on to another car lot in the area I was approached by a salesperson by the time I closed my car door. I said I was just looking and the salesperson just kept after me,asking me specific questions and when I said I wasn't sure what I was looking for he just kept after me. To the point I was quite annoyed. His tone was not friendly and even slightly rude. My experience at Brookside was totally the opposite.I stopped by Brookside to simply look to see what was on the lot. Wasn't sure that I wanted to buy anything yet. Jim approached me and asked if there was anything that he could help me with. I explained that I was just looking to see what was there but not sure what I wanted or if I was even looking to buy just yet. Jim said that was fine but he would be happy to show me a few vehicles so that I could maybe get an idea of what I might like. He showed me a few of the vehicles and asked me a few questions but did not pressure me in any way. Jim has a very friendly and easy going way about him. Jim took my phone number so that he could follow up with me in a few days. He followed up but I was still not sure what I wanted to do and Jim was very understanding and again no pressure. When I finally decided I was ready to go look at a specific car and take a test drive Jim was a great help. The rest of the staff at Brookside was a great in helping me get the vehicle. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a car. More
