I had brought my trailblazer in to have its brakes fixed. When I arrived I also had my sienna with me so my mom could get myself and my children back home. A salesman, Jim, had come out of the sales building When I arrived I also had my sienna with me so my mom could get myself and my children back home. A salesman, Jim, had come out of the sales building to see about sell me a new vehicle because he noticed the sienna did not have working air conditioning. To his dismay I was not interested in trading my sienna in. However, instead of leaving me to go back in the sales building because he couldn't make a sale,he asked me if I wanted my air conditioning. When I said yes, but I was going to put it off for now, I asked him what they would charge me. Not only did he get me a price, but he found that they could get me in right then and there. He also made sure I understood what they were doing and was very patient to explain it to me. The service department was great. They got my trailblazer and my sienna done that same day. I didn't even have a scheduled appointment for either vehicles. Their customer service was outstanding as well. I was also given a loaner car to use since both my vehicles were in their shop. Brookside Motors has excellent customer service in both their sales department and their auto repair department. I would highly recommend Brookside Motors to everyone.
