I took my truck for service at Thornton Chevrolet, as I was having issues with the vehicle that were transmission related. I spoke with a gentleman in the service department named Andy, who listened to my was having issues with the vehicle that were transmission related. He took it upon himself to ensure that my vehicle was fixed properly and to my liking. I did not but my vehicle from Thornton, the dealership that I did buy from did not show any concern and blew me off and told me that this is just how it is. When I explained that to Andy, he stated that he don’t care where I purchased my vehicle from, you have a GM problem and it needs attention, and he said in-fact I wish I could serve ALL GM issues at this shop.
