The Thorton team has always been very welcoming and courteous to me as a customer. They fully explain concerns and recommended services. I had originally followed my mechanic Patrick there from another dealership and I am glad I have as the entire service team that I have worked with have proven themselves both competent and trustworthy which can be rare. My only complaint is price due to Thorton being a dealership, however they are on par or below other dealerships in the area for similar services. One nice aspect is the service tag lottery where you can win cash in conjunction with the service tag number and the evening lottery. The oil change club is a nice touch as well. After four oil changes the fifth is free. I highly recommend the service team at Thorton. More
