Would not recommend this dealer due to poor attention to detail. I found the car through cars.com and it was listed as a higher trim package than what it was when I showed up, the key fob they gave me with detail. I found the car through cars.com and it was listed as a higher trim package than what it was when I showed up, the key fob they gave me with vehicle information also had a higher trim package listed than the truck actually was. I did not know it was a lesser trim package until he was reading the information to my insurance agent. When I questioned the website and key fob tag he tried to play it off saying it meant something totally different (first example of poor knowledge of what he was selling). When walking the car I noticed missing center caps and the salesman tried to convince me they were there (showing his lack of knowledge of the truck again). I also noticed a reverse light was out and brought up that the truck had a fresh inspection and couldn’t have ever passed with that light out. He said I could bring it back for service another day but I asked him to just send me the light to avoid the hour drive and waiting for the service. When it arrived it was some bulb that looked like was pulled from a desk drawer for a much older truck that was packaged in a used oil filter box (lack of caring to research the correct replacement part). Again, would not recommend this dealership as they’ll treat you like just another sale and get you shoved out the door. More

I want to thank Doug Freeze for the purchase of my new vehicle, he made the process go very smoothly from start to finish. Doug searched 3 states to find what I wanted. I personally want to thank Doug Freeze for his assistance with the purchase and setup of my new 2024 Stingray convertible. Not only was he great during the build and price phase, but he tracked my car's bui with the purchase and setup of my new 2024 Stingray convertible. Not only was he great during the build and price phase, but he tracked my car's build though the actual production process. I picked up the car 2 weeks ago but was having issues with Infotainment system. Today, Doug and I spent 2 hours working through the issues with great help from OnStar and all issues were resolved. I doubt that I would have been able to setup the car properly without Doug and OnStar. Everything is working perfectly and I am indeed "having a great Chevy day". Thanks Doug. Jim T More
