When we picked up the truck a gentleman not Jalie, asked if I wanted the truck washed and I said sure, the truck was brought around within a few minutes and they called my name but never washed the truck for me. I did not want to take up anymore time so I left. I would hope after oil changes the underneath would be wiped clean of any old dripping oil and I think it would be customary to wash each vehicle, thank you More

Lack of fixing a ongoing concern with little concern to cust I have left numerous email responses about my dissatisfaction in the service department (emails that you send me, not any that I have searched out!) a I have left numerous email responses about my dissatisfaction in the service department (emails that you send me, not any that I have searched out!) and yet has anyone at the dealership reached out to me to discuss. Don’t aske for feedback if you don’t care to discuss or change. Other dealerships at least make an attempt and will listen to customers that have a negative experience and at least get an apology.
