We honestly went there to test drive a specific new - albbies1

We honestly went there to test drive a specific new vehicle. But our sales person Jason Barrett was professional and personable. Also the finance staff was knowledgeable and friendly. They were willing and made all attempts to match any offers we had for our trade and or financing and extended Maintenance and service warranties.

The service advisor was courteous and helpful. He got my truck in right away on my appointment time and showed me to a vary nice waiting area. However I didn't have to wait long, they got my battery replaced and got my back on the road asap.

My daughter made her first car purchase and it took a bit - scresswe

My daughter made her first car purchase and it took a bit to get her financed because she didn't have alot of credit history., but it was worth the wait. Our salesman Ray was up front and easy to work with and Dylan was jumping through hoops to make the deal. I highly recommend checking th out.

I had the pleasure of working with Garett Gibson. - rdeets

I had the pleasure of working with Garett Gibson. He made the car shopping experience, which I ordinarily dread, a great experience. He was never pushy. He was very reasonable to negotiate with. I never felt like he was playing games. He would answer my questions after hours. He was the most helpful, prompt, thorough, and pleasant person I have ever encountered during the car shopping process. Thank you Garett and thank you Bob Sight Ford for employing quality people.

This was the easiest and most professional car purchase I - olkandnsk

This was the easiest and most professional car purchase I have experienced. Kent Stember worked diligently to find the exact vehicle I needed. The pricing is right, the sales staff is very helpful and no upsell or scare tactic nonsense. Just a straight forward business deal. What could be better. The Ford truck is awesome. Ohler Kinney

I took my car in for service (oil change, tire going low - Lisa

I took my car in for service (oil change, tire going low pressure, and my battery was not charging. Come to find out, it was operator error. Nathan, very nicely, explained to me how the battery feature worked. He took time out of his busy day to explain every thing to me and showed me on the vehicle the features and what buttons to push. Very nice guy. Definitely going back to have them do any other work that needs done.

Shawnee Mission Ford is the worst place to purchase a - Kev101

Shawnee Mission Ford is the worst place to purchase a vehicle. I have a 2026 Ford Maverick and it's been in the shop twice already, with only 8,500 miles on it. The first time, for a sensor on the Hybrid battery and now for two different reasons all at the same time, Emergency brake sensor/ Internal issues with the transmission. The first time they gave me a loaner for a few days but this time around, it's already been a week and they wont even give me a loaner. This place is the worst! They don't even care! I've been trying to get a hold of the dealership all day with zero luck. The only department that takes calls right now is the sales department. And of course, they don't want to stop making those sales!! I called Ford Corporate and they told me I can get a rental and it MIGHT get reimbursed but it has to be a Ford that I rent. I checked local prices and it's a little over $750 to rent for a week. That's more than what I pay for my truck per month! I don't have that kind of money in the bank. People out here trying their best to live an honest life when these big corporations don't care if you live or die! As long as you make your payments, they don't give a crap. There is absolutely no humanity left in the world!

Anderson was so wonderful to deal with! - hannahboo001

Anderson was so wonderful to deal with! We found our car quickly, got through all the paperwork in a timely manner and was beyond satisfied with our purchase! Kelso Klein was our car dealer and he got a fair trade for our edge for us and got us at the price point we needed for our explorer! It is going to be a great family car and we couldn't have gotten it without his help!

The last two times we have been to Matt Ford we have had... - tigerfanruss

The last two times we have been to Matt Ford we have had bad experiences! We have left both times and went to other dealerships and gotten what we had asked for on trade in! Both times they tried to steal our trade in and both times we walked! Each time they said good luck getting better deal! Both times we went elsewhere and I received over $3000 more for my trades! Unbelievable experience! Then when you say something to them they have a million excuses!

I drive 30 miles one way to have all service and repair - patgiller

I drive 30 miles one way to have all service and repair work done on my F150 even though I didn't purchase it there. I know they are busy but they always treat me fair, give me an update during the service and I use the Ford Pass app on my phone to earn points, check for recalls, view service recommendations and updates. Any Ford dealer can service your vehicle but Victory Ford does it right the first time and the service department is great to work with.

I bought a new car in July 2026. - ranger197172

I bought a new car in July 2026. They were friendly and helpful when buying. Once i left dealer and had questions i called and had a hard time reaching anyone to talk to. When i reached someone they said they would research and get back to me. No one called me back including my salesman. I tried to call to talk to who owner or ran dealership, left message and no one called me back. I was supposed to get a military rebate . The salesman told me it was $1,000, but was $500. Since i didn't have a trade-in they said i had to go online to apply for it. I did but could not sign in. Contacted rebate program, they tried to help me sign in but couldn't, then they said they couldn't help me so didn't receive rebate. I think the program is a scam. They were not helpful at all. I would never recommend them to anyone. Worst dealer i have ever dealt with. Would not recommend them to anyone.

This was my first experience with this dealer. I was... - Rhawkins

This was my first experience with this dealer. I was greeted by a sales consultant almost immediately. I told him I had done my homework and wanted to test drive a specific preowned vehicle, which he arranged in no time. Upon my return, we started the negotiations and was very pleased by his low-pressure attitude and willingness to work with me. He lowered the price on a vehicle that was already a bargain, authorized brake work my mechanic had recommended be done before I bought, searched for little extras I asked for. Had the car paid for, brake work done and title in hand within four hours of walking onto lot. Seemingly honest, very efficient and helpful.

If I could give them a negative star review I would. Do... - Angeline Slayton

If I could give them a negative star review I would. Do not take your car to this dealership. My Ford Fiesta broke down and I took it to our local mechanic to look at it. He identified the transmission as the issue and told me to take it to Ford because my car is not anywhere old enough or high enough mileage to have this issue. I brought it in and told them exactly what he told me including the transmission oil being black. Swafford said it was a warranty issue and "fixed" it. Last week I left work to go to my car and it would not accelerate or reverse. Transmission again. I had it towed back to them. They are claiming they never touched the transmission fluid even though they replaced parts and serviced it. My transmission is now completely burnt up and my car is undrivable. They are telling me I have to pay them 7000 to replace a transmission they screwed up on a 5 year old car That is under 100,000 miles and has been regularly serviced.
