That sounds like a standard stock answer. If you have such a policy then it needs to be posted CLEARLY in a place where it can be easily seen and read. If it is up to a salesman to communicate this then they need to be properly trained to do so. If your sales fails to communicate this to a potential customer then it is a MAJOR FAILING on your part as a dealership and your salesman. Our family is a MUSTANG family, we have one now and currently are looking for another one We have also had them in the past - nothing new for us. But your salesman failed to ascertain that information before he insulted us. You seem to have no concern that we are serious buyers. Customer Service is something your salesman is sorely lacking in.
