I was originally shopping for a used car. My finance rate was also lower than I thought it would be. Mike Orth, the finance manager, didn't waste my time going on and on with add-ons. Getting through the Finance step was quick and easy, Not the 2-3 hrs we've experienced. Two negatives~ (1) I hate when the salesperson keeps going back & forth to the Salesmgr desk. To me thats insulting and makes me feel that there is something he/she can't or won't discuss with us directly. I give them 3 'trips' then I literally walk out. I've done it many times over the yrs. Desert Toyota didn't play that game....we bought the Nissan Frontier regardless. More Truck for the money IMO. (2) Nissan didn't/doesn't offer a free 2-3 yr oil change maintenance.
