My experience with Thoroughbred Nissan has been great because the staff is very professional. When I had issues with my new car, they took care of it right away. A few weeks after I brought my car, the passenger side molding was peeling off and I contacted my service advisor Encis Contreras who assured me that everything would be taken care of and they fixed the molding right away by replacing it. My windshield crack about 6 months after I brought my car and Encis referred me to a windshield replacement company and ordered the new windshield in minimum time. I would recommend this dealership to any one who owns a Nissan in Tucson Arizona. They really know customer service and satisfaction. More
