We had our Jeep in there for a Uconnect issue, an oil change and for tire rotation. They reset Uconnect, but it didn’t work so it’s now back in there for them to take another look at it. MIke always takes care of us on the service end. They gave us a loaner while our Cherokee is being serviced On Friday, I bought a 2026 ram 1500 Bighorn. It’s always a pleasure working with Taylor, Denny and everyone on the sales floor. That’s why we keep coming back. Overall, we are very pleased with 3 Rivers on both ends, service and sales. More

The service department clearly understands our frustrations with JEEP. I believe they are frustrated as well because the solutions just aren’t available. The work that was completed did the job - however was not impressed with the customer service. Tried to ask questions and did not feel acknowledged or like my questions were truly answered - just felt like t impressed with the customer service. When arriving me to pick up my car - the customer service reps just walked me to the desk to pay and had no discussion about what all work was done.
