Sahar Hussaini. Originally from Afghanistan, I was an international journalist six years, where I focused on social issues and advocated for women’s rights and underserved communities. This taught me the power of communication, empathy, and genuine connection. After moving to the United States nearly three years ago,I continued my passion for community service, spending two years as a Media Coordinator with Youth Enrichment Services. During that time, I honed my organizational and interpersonal skills, which now support my success in the automotive world. The dealership service is excellent. I have 3 new cars from here, always good service. However, the inability to get needed parts from Jeep was a big problem in this case. I lost the us I have 3 new cars from here, always good service. However, the inability to get needed parts from Jeep was a big problem in this case. I lost the use of my car for 3 months. A loaner vehicle was not offered which left me without the car for months. It is unacceptable to sell warranties on cars and not be able to service the problem. Most of the issue involved sensors that were unobtainable from the manufacturer. I wasn’t able to get the required Penna car inspection because of this issue with getting parts. Jeep needs to step up and ensure the dealership can treat customers- loyal and repeat customers- well and ensure they are taken care of in a responsible way. I think getting a loaner car was needed because the problem was a corporate issue. In this evolving technological arena, upgraded service is needed when supply chains fail. It will come back to bite dealerships to leave customers stranded. More
