On 01/24/2026, I picked up my new 2026 Ram 1500 Limited. I worked with Sahar during the ordering process a while back. She helped me design and order the truck exactly as I wanted. I needed a gas tank strap recall done on my 17 ram. When i tried to make the appointment i was scheduled 2 weeks out which was understandable. But when i was told i would have to leave it for 4 or 5 When i tried to make the appointment i was scheduled 2 weeks out which was understandable. But when i was told i would have to leave it for 4 or 5 days to have a 1 hour repair done i was alittle annoyed. Thankfully it was finished in a normal amout of time. But the service writer tried to sell me rear brake pads that were not needed. After i declining the unnecessary brake pads. The writer called me to tell me my truck was finished and was very unprofessional. Im sorry but when you you contact a customer to inform them their vehicle is complete you should be alittle more polite than "trucks done" when the customer answers the phone. More

Customer service in the service department lacks communication and follow up communication to keep the customer informed on their vehicle status. I had to call back 5 times over the course of 2 months to see if my part that was on back ordered would be available. Once it was available, I wouldn’t have know Unless I called. More
