I took my vehicle just for oil change, and the person that did the job didn't tighten the oil screw when that was essential. When i went back home there was a lot of oil in my dive way. Twice now the service advisors have missed a item to be repaired so either had to wait longer or come back. Also, charged me $107 for a Napa light bulb that I could have bought for $21 directly from Napa repaired so either had to wait longer or come back.
