They have a bad habit of doing work to your car they are not authorized to do. Beware! They disassembled my engine per Chrysler requirements and wanted me to pay to have it reassembled. :( not authorized to do. Beware! What happened at your dealership? New management? I loved your customer service in my previous visits. This one was terrible. I wasn’t heard. Instead of addressing my concerns, they w New management? I left with only an oil change bc it was more important to sell me things not needed than to address my concerns. Now I still need to visit another dealership, but it won’t be yours. More
