Mark medeiros is my name I went to Thunder for help over a brake switch. My service advisor’s name was Jason L not to waste anybody’s time he straight up, got in my face threaten me. The service manager was a brake switch. My service advisor’s name was Jason L not to waste anybody’s time he straight up, got in my face threaten me. The service manager was there watch the whole thing did not intervene. i’m 42 a disabled veteran I asked for very little help and I was horrifically bullied by this man name Jason and the service manager. I have called the general manager a A couple of times just to explain myself I am a very sweet man ask for very little and got nothing but bullied and threatened by my service advisor Jason and the service manager The worst and scariest experience, and frustrating time I’ve had in my life.
