Brought van in to get oil change, tires rotated and Headrest fixed and a safety inspection. Dropped off and was called and told headrest were not covered under warranty. When we purchased we got a life Headrest fixed and a safety inspection. Dropped off and was called and told headrest were not covered under warranty. When we purchased we got a life time warranty and now being told that van is 10 years old and headrest are not covered anymore. Was told to call Chrysler and boy what a joke. You have to play phone tag and waste hours getting to someone that will get back with you but never does. Finally got a e-mail saying van was over 10 years old and headrest are not covered. When to pick up van and was handed a bill that charged me to get tires rotated. I complained, because when we got the tires from your dealership we were told we had life time rotation on tires. Had to wait to print another bill and paid $133.07 to get oil changed. When to get in van to leave and battery was dead. Had to leave van another day to get new battery $449.43. Van is not drove very much and only has 55,000 miles on it. So when I bring it in to get a safety inspection you would think someone would check battery. More
