I had a 7:30 appointment and my representative was not scheduled to come i to work until 8:00. He actually got to his desk at 8:16. My recall was supposed to take between 15-30 minutes. We were told the cost to replace a headlight would be $30 -$40 dollars. When we got there we were quoted a price of over $600 (which included the bulb which we already had).
