Jason was great in helping me getting the parts needed to repair our vehicle and get it approved promptly by the warranty company. Additionally he as very sensitive to our needs for the repairs to be done as repair our vehicle and get it approved promptly by the warranty company. Additionally he as very sensitive to our needs for the repairs to be done as quickly as possible since this ramp equipped van is the only transportation for our wheelchair bound son. Only being without the vehicle for 2 days was great for the amount of repairs that had to be made. Thanks for the shuttle service getting my wife home safely after she dropped it off on Wednesday. Jason kept me in the loop very well with more than one phone call advising of the warranty approval and then the next day that all parts were available - how soon could we bring it in. He was also very good at letting me know that he would be talking with the lead mechanic to make sure the vehicle was assigned to one technician to do all the work (stay on it) so it could be finished in a timely fashion. Four different things were done on the vehicle. Thank you Jason !! More
