Very poor and unprofessional customer service I found a truck I liked and was working with a salesman to try and get to the final numbers. You know what makes up all the hidden fees. The salesman I was working with was off and I got handed off to some one else that insisted I work with her. The salesman I had been working with called in the middle of all of this and said for me to just hold off until the morning and he will get my questions answered and see what is the best price we can get. All good.......and THEN the woman called me back wanting the tag number I will be transferring over and I had commented I will give it to the original person I was working with in the morning. BTW it is 8:00 at night and she sharply told me WELL GUESS WHAT YOU ARE WORKING WITH BOTH OF US NOW! How rude can people be. Even if they give me the best price in the country I will NOT be dealing with these people. More

Vince's personality was the same as he was earlier on the phone when I spoke with him about a vehicle I located on the internet. I had discussed with Vince if the deal is really legitimate, I would come over to purchase a vehicle that very day. True to my word I came to pick out my vehicle, a Dodge Grand Caravan gray exterior with black interior, really cold AC, backup camera, and lots of cup holders. I came prepared with my pre-approved finance documents and copies for the dealer and ready to purchase. Vince was totally delighted that I was really true to my word.
