He not only abided my comunication requests (text or email vs. call) but was attentive to my questions and quick to take and send pictures. I visited 6 dealerships before making the two hour drive to Thunder. Despite it being 90 degrees and sunny out Craig was outside of the building as soon as I pulled in the lot and spent over an hour walking around with me looking at 4 or 5 trucks. Thanks to sales manager, Mike Patton for allowing Craig to give me exactly what I wanted for my trade. They even stayed open for me to be sure I was comfortable with the decision my family made. So far I love my new Ram 2500 and get compliments everywhere I go. I am already sending friends to Craig for vehicles and will be back to see him for sure. More
