When I finally decided that this was the one that I was looking for, I found out that the evening before it had been loaded to be taken to auction. Wayne snapped to attention and had it brought back to the dealership where it was thoroughly cleaned and waiting for me when I got there the next morning. Friendly and easy going I went to look at a used Jeep Wrangler they had available on the lot. The salesman, Vince Fernandez, was very helpful, friendly and informative. We test drove the used Jeep and then went and looked at new Jeeps to compare. We test drove a new Jeep. Vince let me take the car to meet my wife and we ended up buying a new Jeep. We felt the price offered was fair and reasonable. We negotiated a lift, tires and wheels. We also got a step bars. We felt the extras were also reasonably priced. I had to leave the Jeep for 2 days (loaner provided), and was very pleased with the work that was done. The people at the dealership were very easy going and made the process smooth. Not your typical dealership experience. My wife and I were out and about when we heard a commercial for Thunder CDJR. We had NO intentions of trying to purchase a new vehicle as we have had My wife and I were out and about when we heard a commercial for Thunder CDJR. We had NO intentions of trying to purchase a new vehicle as we have had credit issues and had some negative equity on our current vehicle. Upon arriving we were greeted by Wayne Riggle who was very polite to begin with. Showed me a few trucks and we looked at numbers. It looked like we were not going to be able to get to an agreeable number, when he asked what we were needing exactly. He asked if we would be willing to checkout a Jeep Renegade. We landed on one my wife and son loved, so we moved forward. We hit a point where we did not think things were going to happen. Long story short they worked some magic and got a deal in our budget on a fantastic new ride. More important than anything was how down to earth and relaxing the entire experience was. My wife, for instance, strongly dislikes car shopping/dealerships because of the high pressure tactics often used. Wayne was the complete opposite being very open, honest and friendly with us throughout the entire time. When it came time to sign all the paperwork Wayne even offered, and did, to watch our 2year old son. They sat in his office and had a blast while we worked with Bob in finance. All and all we enjoyed a few hours with the Thunder family and look forward to doing business in the future. More

Bad service department I recently bought a truck from this dealership. The sale process was positive but when I got to the highway the brakes pulled hard to the left. When I I recently bought a truck from this dealership. The sale process was positive but when I got to the highway the brakes pulled hard to the left. When I got home on inspection I found that somehow the 125 point inspection that I was told they do missed four bad rotors and worn out brake pads. They obviously saw the rotors as they replaced the back brakepads onto the bad rotors. More
