Eric, My appointment was made for January 15th for 12:30pm. The van arrived on January 15th just after 12. Here is confirmation: “ this is a reminder of your upcoming appointment on 01-15-2024 12:30:00 PM at Thunder Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram for your 2021 RAM ProMaster Cargo (3.6L). We look forward to seeing you soon.” The van did not show up a day earlier so your claims of being accommodating are null. The van was there at the scheduled time and date of the confirmed appointment. Per the tire rotation, if it wasn’t scheduled and you were behind on the time already, why was it done to begin with? It just took more time for the service to be done. I appreciate you working on the van and can only suggest in the future that if you are 2 hours behind schedule to call and advise prior to arrival. I think that would have been a better alternative to the wait and confusion. Thank you.
