Do not go to Thunder Chrysler. You will regret it!! Arsenio contacted me today and denied that I spoke with them in ref to my concerns over the software update. Suggested I contact Ram Customer Service. Also said that anything they do is to save lives and or property. I replied: As you were not present when I spoke with Jason, you have no idea what we discussed. I specifically told him my research had shown that there would be loss of power and MPG. He said yes, that had been a problem in the past, but had been rectified. This means he had received a warning, from whatever source, that the recall would cause an issue in “x, y or z” This false statement “tricked and or coerced” me into agreeing with this. Now I shall leave you with this, the overall value of my truck has plummeted as a direct result of the update, not based upon “due diligence”. And as grandiose as it sounds, saving lives or property did not enter the thought process. I am not contacting Ram Customer Service at this point. That may come later in the process. I am contacting the entity which made the claims and preformed the work.

The whole story is that one of the managers made a mistake and forgot to give you the refund, and when it came to our attention we went above and beyond in the amount of the refund. We did so to try and make it right since we made a mistake which is a very human thing to do. Contrary to your belief we do not come to work trying to make our customers miserable. If we make a mistake we will own it and do everything possible to make it right. Our goal is for all our customers to leave happy, feel that their concerns were addressed, and that they were treated with respect. Respect is a two way street, and we do make mistakes because we are human, and we don't make mistakes to try and beat our customers out of something. Most of our staff is made up of people who worked for Randy Edwards and want to bring that customer service forward as we changed ownership and it is working but again we are human and we will make mistakes. I believe we refunded you $84.00 which is more than the $20.00 mistake to go above and beyond, and yet still couldn't make you happy. Richard Bishop Owner/General Manager
