I was worried about service with my new explorer based on past reviews but am soooo glad I went with Tideland Fords service. They were excellent! I purchased a new 2022 Ford Ranger from Tidelands on 4-19-22 and immediately after taking delivery of the vehicle noticed a terrible vibration/shutter during takeoff. I was not made aware that Tidelands had installed a cheap Rough Country leveling kit and charged an additional $4,800 over msrp before purchasing the vehicle. Their service department has since had the vehicle 5 times and the issues still have not been resolved. More
