He made sure we found the vehicle that was right for us, even though we had picked another out. The entire staff was very nice and even kid friendly. Excellent buying experience Jess Segura is my first point of contact for Tillery because I've had the opportunity to work with him through Tillery's school bus sales. When I mad Jess Segura is my first point of contact for Tillery because I've had the opportunity to work with him through Tillery's school bus sales. When I made a decision to look into purchasing a new Tahoe, Jess was my first choice to contact. He and the entire Tillery team helped me get to a point where I made an appointment and went to the dealership to sign paperwork, trade in my 2005 Tahoe and pickup my new pre-owned 2016 Tahoe. Aaron took care of the financing for the Tahoe, and guided me through all the paperwork. When the decision was finally made, Justin sealed the deal. My partner and I showed up a little late for our appointment with Justin, but he was there, and was a pleasure to work with. Santiago did the vehicle inspection of our trade-in, and finalized the financing. Justin took the time to show us the ins and outs of the new Tahoe, and to setup the trial for OnStar and SiriusXM. The entire experience was hassel free, and comfortable. I wasn't pressured to buy and I was allowed to go through the process without the typical pressure of making a purchase. Did I mention that the process was done without having to step foot onto the dealership until I was ready to sign the papers for the 2016 Tahoe? I will definitely recommend Tillery to anyone looking for a new or pre-owned vehicle. More
