BEWARE: FOUND A USED CAR ONLINE AND THE 1ST THING THEY DID WAS RAISE THE PRICE with an accessory package and maintenance plan = about $2000. Then, after some talking, they "can't" remove that and send back an offer still higher than the online price by $750. THIS IS WHY PEOPLE HATE BUYING CARS FROM DEALERS AND THEY GO TO CARVANA. (MAYBE I SHOULD TOO?) The tactic is, put the customer on the ceiling and then negotiate something other than the price. Terrible business tactic. Too bad it's not a certified or new car where you get a survey from the manufacturer and they get penalized for doing garbage like this. More

All of the work that I requested was done perfectly and the cars that I brought in were returned on time. I was informed throughout the entire process. Truly the most nightmarish service experience of my life. Appalling communication, when I could get any, and so much disrespect that I had to send my husband in to talk to them. 24 hours after paying them f Appalling communication, when I could get any, and so much disrespect that I had to send my husband in to talk to them. 24 hours after paying them for a $3500 repair (that they had somehow failed to detect in all of their thousand-dollar routine service checks), my check engine light is on once again. The tech in their shop literally lied to me, telling me that the code was “probably just my battery” because my car had been sitting at the dealership for a month. A month!! Upon hearing my understandable frustration, the service department director was incredibly hostile to me over the phone. Apparently I’m just not appreciative enough that they failed to repair my car for multiple thousands of dollars. More
