Let me start off by saying that I've never had a bad car buying experience until now. Unethical dealership that advertises Honda Odyssey Touring Elite with dvd player on KSL. I purchase said vehicle and immediately 20 minutes after driving it home I realize multiple things in the vehicle are broken including the dvd player they advertised? I call them IMMEDIATELY. Sales person gives me the run around for over a week. "We'll take a look at it for the problems you mentioned..." lies and doesn't return phone calls. Eventually he says sorry and admits that it's unfortunate but they often sell used cars that have multiple broken things and advertise them as in working order or don't mention it. Ultimately this particular dealership and the sales people I dealt with have no integrity. More
