Mike IN the service advisor was excellent. Explained my service request both before & after it was completed. Very thorough & professional. Easy to schedule a service appt. Zero Attention Wow, this dealership must do so much business they don't have the want or need give their attention to remote buyers. We were in the middle of closing a deal when we were told by the finance department we would get a call the following day. That never happened (now 3 days later), so we started calling and leaving messages, not only for our finance contact, but the salesman we were dealing with as well. SIX phone messages including one to the general manager, and not a single return call. There is the possibility the gal who answered the phone sounded like we interrupted her afternoon naps and simply didn't deliver our messages. She never offered to take a message or suggest us calling back, we had to essentially ask her to do her job. Her duty, so it seems, lies in stating "they're busy." Truly a disappointing experience! And no, we didn't get the car we wanted to buy. More

serviced QX60 Scheduling the appointment was quick on the phone. Had to drive to far for warranty work (live in Ogden). The dealership was very helpful with my transmission issue. We were having trouble while on the road and called the dealership. The service advisor, Chad Nelson, talked through some options so that I c issue. We were having trouble while on the road and called the dealership. Once we arrived, they were extremely helpful in diagnosing and verifying that the replacement of the transmission was under warranty and took care of all of the repairs. Chad Nelson was great to work with and very helpful through the whole process. More
Worst experience I've ever had with a dealership. The absolute least professional business I've ever dealt with. The salesman Kayne Griffin acted like he didn't even want to sell the car. My loan is way higher than I expected. The interest is higher than I was told, and I specifically asked to be called if my rate would be higher. I received no paper work, because I was told that they were checking with someone else for financing. I've now called 7 different times trying to talk to somebody and no one will call me back. The salesman stopped emailing me after I tried getting any help about my bad experience. I've called and tried talking to several different people and not one has called me back. Absolute joke. More
