Aggressive Sales Tactics in the Service Department Service Rep was very aggressive. Car is less than a year old and he was pushing for $150 worth of alignment and wheel balancing. While the sales staff is pleasant, it's the service department you are wed to for the duration of your car. I recommend avoiding. More
