This is very long, but this has been VERY difficult for me and when I got the text from Tim Dahle requesting a review, I figured might as well let others know how awful this experience has been. First of all, everyone was very nice but I definitely feel like my vulnerability and lack of knowledge on rebuilt titles was taken advantage of when I was pushed into completing the purchase of a vehicle that after a week of having it, was told it was a rebuilt title. I am a single mom, helping my son buy his first car after his dad/ my husband passed away recently and this experience has been awful. I’ve lost sleep over it and just feel SO stupid and taken advantage of for not knowing better and wish I had someone at Tim Dahle that would’ve been transparent and honest. I could’ve gone to some little car lot if I wanted to feel like this after buying a car. So, son has the car for a week and I get a call that there’s more paperwork.. nothing said about WHY, or WHAT (which, IF HE WOULD HAVE told me on the phone, I could have had a chance to ask for help friends and family before going back in). When I asked why I need to come back in, he just said there’s just some additional paperwork so I assumed it was nothing serious. I come in later that night and am bombarded with this news that’s it’s a rebuilt title ( I HAD NO IDEA what that is- I KNOW, that’s NOT good, call me an IDIOT). I wasn’t given the option to reverse my purchase, only to come in and be rushed to sign new documents because the finance manager had to leave to go pick up his son. I asked him about what rebuilt title means and basically was told if I like the car then I should proceed, that everything will be fine. He knew I was so nervous, scared, lost, CONFUSED. I was so upset I started to cry so he KNEW I was very confused and counted on him (Stupidly) to have my back and be honest. I ADMIT I should’ve known better, but I didn’t, and they took advantage AND I’ve been sick about it ever since. Some people will say well it’s your stupidity, you should’ve know better, so that’s what you get. BUT after getting home and realizing what I had just done, I WAS SICK. I would have hoped that a place as big as Tim Dahle would have been able to make things better for me and even give me an option to get another car but I wasn’t. YES, I should’ve asked, but deep down I thought it can’t be that bad of a thing if he’s telling me it’ll be okay, and if I live the car to keep it. I TRUSTED him (Mark) to have my back. IT’S TIM DAHLE after all, but he didn’t. He just wanted to make sure that sale went through and I was the perfect idiot to make it happen. The car is having issues after just 6 weeks and there’s nothing I can do about it. I’m just sick about it, I feel like a complete IDIOT I’m so embarrassed when I let people know what happened. I should have NEVER been sold this car, and when they decided a week later it was a rebuilt title, they should’ve told me they messed up, take the car back, and help me get another car that has a clean title instead of hoping I was some stupid naive woman that hopefully doesn’t know what she’s doing and lock me into this nightmare. This was something my son was looking forward to for a long time and it’s been the worst car buying experience ever. I’m sure on a normal day they are great but for me personally, it’s left a very sour taste in my mouth and even though I was stupid to do it, THEY were just hoping I was as naive as they hoped I was, putting me in that situation. I feel completely taken advantage of and just wish that a company as big as this one, I could trust that they wouldn’t let anyone be put in this situation. More

When I get there they say they need me to sign a new contract. They ended up saying my payments would be almost $200 more a month. Then the finance guy acts like he did me a favor by talking the bank down, or it would have been like $300 or $400 more a month. I was livid. When I asked him why he didn’t wait to get the final price for financing before having me sign the contract and giving up my other vehicle, he said he didn’t want to keep we waiting at the dealership because it had been getting late that day! When I asked for my old vehicle back he argued with me, probably because they had already sold it!! More
I want to start out by saying that our salesman, Nat, was fantastic. Where this falls apart is with their finance guy, Jared. When we questioned Jared about it during final paperwork he was unbelievably rude, condescending, and quite frankly, misogynistic. I worked very hard to help my elderly parents find a car that would work well for them and I am completely aghast at what a horribly unprofessional finance manager they allow to continue working there. I have been warning everyone I know to stay as far away from this dealership as possible! More
Unethical, unprofessional, rude, and dishonest general manager. I had nothing but good experiences when I went. It was end of the month and got a great deal. My sales guy Caleb wasn’t pushy and easy to work with. Extremely unprofessional and poor customer service, I called to work a deal for a vehicle they have in stock I spoke with a salesperson named Brandon around noon, He said he would talk to he sales manage called to work a deal for a vehicle they have in stock I spoke with a salesperson named Brandon around noon, He said he would talk to he sales manager and ge back to me, I had to call back six hours later to beg to buy he vehicle I was told he was "busy" and would call me back, however; He never did but I am glad I didn't buy it, two of my close friends had really bad experiences with he same misleading and malpractice with their pricing, they come up with dubious service charges of $1,200 for an "extensive shop treatment on the vehicle" most dealers roll any charges into the advertise price like Larry H Miller just next door, no wonder why Dahle group will never grow and only have few stores, stay away from this place and save your self money and time. The people are nice, but it has taken over two months to finalize my lease buyout after spending 5 hours in their office speaking with real people. Because of this delay, from what I understand to be on the part of the financial services team here - I had two back payments on the car thru Mazda financial services. This was never communicated to me in any way - and thus was reported as a late payment - dropping my credit score over 60 points and piling on late fees. I've sent daily texts and e-mails to this group in an attempt to reconcile, but two months later, I'm still trying to untangle the mess. More

This is the worst most dishonest car dealership I have ever dealt with. Three times they tried to deceive me with extra line items on the car price and trade in value. These people are crooks and I can’t ever dealt with. Three times they tried to deceive me with extra line items on the car price and trade in value. These people are crooks and I can’t believe they can still sleep at night. Michael is new there apparently but he was not nice and super shady. I feel used and abused by these crooks. They should all go to jail. More
