Ayser, the sales manager 8 months ago I bought a 2014 KIA Cadenza from this dealership. Before I go into the bad let me start off with the good. Ayser, the sales manager that sold me the vehicle was very cooperative at first with issues i was having, what issues? Well, I was under the impression that the listing was accurate in the aspect that the vehicle hadn't been in any accidents and was inspected after being bought from the dealership. This was my first car buying experience, and after purchasing the vehicle at about 54K miles for 16k I pulled off the lot to realize that one of the tires was completely the wrong size, another had a nail in it, and almost all of them were bald and none had sensors. 1200 dollars later purchasing new tires and sensors i was reimbursed $250 for my inconvenience. Later to find out that there was no under cover under the bumper and there was a CV axle issue . Dealership helped out and payed for half of the CV axle repair. You would think that a car that was inspected these issues would've been addressed before purchase. The advertisement for the vehicle also said that GPS was included... There was no SD card and it is still that way once i realized that the updated one costs hundreds of dollars.. Let's fast-forward to 61K miles and the engine completely xxxxs out on me right outside of the warranty. I called asking for advice/recommendations and i was told that i would be called back several times and then finally i realized no matter how many times i called i wasn't going to be addressed after they told me "I should've bought a Mazda". I Get they are just doing their job and I should've did more research on car buying before going in. But here i am today, With a monthly payment of 265 for a paperweight in my driveway because i can't afford to replace the entire engine replacement. Even if the listing says that the car is inspected, I highly recommend getting a 120 point inspection on the vehicle because they most likely have not. after detailing my car i found that the entire rear right side of the bumper had damage and was poorly painted over and you could feel it. I can't even file a claim because after going through the engine they told me the recent owner treated it so bad, hardly ever changed the oil and the engine was xxxx near ruined and they wouldn't file the claim because... i guess i was deemed at fault for these fatal issues that i somehow caused in the 7-8K miles i put on the vehicle.... xx. My friend recently bought a Nissan Altima 2017 with 21K miles on it for about the same price i paid except his actually included warranty and honestly I'm so jealous. All I'm saying is everything is not what it seems. Trust but verify, and don't end up like me, 16K in the whole w a car I've already spent thousands of dollars on and can't even use it. I don't know what to do so hopefully this review helps someone out there that doesn't know much about car buying... More

The vehicle has been back for problems more times than any new vehicle should. Each time the same response" we couldn't duplicate the problem" or "we couldn't find anything wrong". My wife recently was pulling into a parking space. When she stepped on the brake the car accelerated instead of stopping and hit a building. The read out on the dash was "Front camera sensor system malfunction" and "Forward smart city brake support malfunction" I had the car taken to Southtowne Mazda to find out what happened and what Mazda was going to do about fixing the vehicle and the malfunction problems. After claiming they performed a diagnostic on the vehicle the Service Manager claimed the vehicle checked out fine and the malfunction codes were a result of the accident not the cause of the accident!!!!! I checked the Internet and it appears this is not an uncommon problem with this vehicle. We now have to pay to have the vehicle fixed and my wife will have to continue to drive an unsafe vehicle. The Service manager said this is the official position of Mazda and we can always file a civil lawsuit if we want but the accident was caused by my wife and not the cars systems malfunctioning. More

We purposely bought it early to ensure she could drive it and have fun on her birthday. We paid cash and the dealership graciously allowed us to leave the car parked on the premisis to help with the surprise (thus the 2 stars instead of 1). Thanks Evan Lucas and Jason Jarrah - you were the one shining star in this mess! When I went to licence it, the DMV pointed out that I did not have a title in the envelope I left the dealership with. Figuring there was a misunderstanding I called the dealership on 10/18 where I found out from their accounting department that there was an outstanding lien on the vehicle. The dealership then maintained communication and let me know on Friday 10/19 that they were getting the required data, but I couldn't pick it up until Monday 10/22. I got the paperwork they offered and was then told by the DMV on 10/23 that I still needed the title, which I thought I had. I finally got an application for duplicate title (not the actual title) on 10/24 - TWO MONTHS AFTER THE FACT. This is when I finally started to feel frustrated. I let them know that I did not think they handled to situation well and that this was the worst car buying experience I had ever had, to which I was told 'that's what you get when you buy a $500 car' by the sales manager Jason Goates. It was $2000, but his point was made. I get that it was a cheap car and that they weren't making much money, but you try to tell you teenage daughter she can't drive her car until the dealership clears up what they should have 2 months ago. Tears were shed and I was not a happy dad. I then called the MVED (motor vehicle enforcement division) to see how long a dealership has to deliver a title, and found that it was 48 hours. Since this time was breached and since they sold me a car with an active lien and did nothing until I called them 2 MONTHS later I am filing a complaint with MVED and leaving poor reviews wherever I can as I told them I would when they asked me to leave the premisis (can't blame them - I would have kicked me out too, but when I'm talked down to I'm going to respond). I'm sure nothing will come of this, but I sure feel better. I kept my word, which they did not. More
Lies! Lies, lies, and cover-ups! We simply were sent home with the wrong vehicle and they would not honor their word. They told us and showed us a car with Lies, lies, and cover-ups! We simply were sent home with the wrong vehicle and they would not honor their word. They told us and showed us a car with features that convinced us to buy the car and then sent us home with a car that did not have those features. Tried to work with them to make things right and they covered up their lies! Please avoid like the plague! BTW Murray store is the same owner don't think you will get honesty there either! More

Didn't feel pressured or rushed. I bought a preowned 2007 Jeep Wrangler about a year ago and went back to lease a CX5 a few months ago. I wanted to buy from the same person, Erica. She made me feel comfortable and really respected my budget. She worked hard to get me exactly what I wanted and didn't let me down. I highly recommend asking for her. More
