If you use outside financing somehow they charge you $2554 for a finance charge. Also extremely high pressure “service contract” for another $3000. Did the deal late on a Friday hopefully I can catch it $2554 for a finance charge. Also extremely high pressure “service contract” for another $3000. Did the deal late on a Friday hopefully I can catch it first thing Monday morning and hold funding. Being unfunded should result in a Re-contract without the $5554 in xxxxxxxx fees. Of they refuse to re-contract I will happily return the vehicle and pay the mileage fee of 72.5 cents per mile. As soon I I get $7100 down payment back. More

Your employee John Thieling is very shady. Do not trust him. He started talking politics, which I do not care, that’s not what I was there for. Do not trust him. He started talking politics, which I do not care, that’s not what I was there for. More

Warning light for issue, parts on backorder, won't guarantee aftermarket part. All they want us to do is buy another vehicle. Have made no effort to work with us on getting parts. Very frustrating!!! Bought a car from Tim Dahle Nissan in Murray last week. We really like the car, but I really dislike the dealership. If you find a car there you like, absolutely buy it. But be forewarned that there are $2 We really like the car, but I really dislike the dealership. If you find a car there you like, absolutely buy it. But be forewarned that there are $2,500 in hidden charges coming your way. The charges are for after-market extras that you cannot decline, you cannot negotiate and are not included in the sticker price. So whatever price you are seeing online or in the dealership, add $2,500, as that is really your price. Then you will have the exorbitant fees ($500 for a doc fee?) but those can at least be negotiated if, unlike me, you make the finance guy slow down enough that you can actually look at each page you are signing. And when you call out the salesman and the finance guy on the deceptive $2,500? They'll each claim that the other should have pointed it out. Oh, and the three "free" oil changes that the sales manager will casually tell you will be thrown in? There will be a $175 dollar charge on your paperwork to cover those. More

Besides numerous small issues, it literally had a giant crack running across the front windshield & obvious pieces were missing off the engine (completely different ftom their online pictures). When we asked about it, the salesman said take it or leave it. I was shocked. (It wasn't a cheap car). Tim Dahle is the first dealership I've ever been to that tried to sell me a broken/unsafe car. I felt like I was at a salvage yard. DO NOT TRUST THEIR SALESMEN. They will lie to you. They said the vehicle had been serviced & detailed. It was obvious that it hadn't. It's a small thing...buy if they lie about the small things? What else are they lying about? Verify everything if you decide to buy anything there. I definitely DO NOT recommend it. More
Tim Dahle Nisan Murray Dealership: This was hands down one of the most dishonest and frustrating car dealership experiences I’ve ever had. 1. The lies started the moment we walked in. They told us the c one of the most dishonest and frustrating car dealership experiences I’ve ever had. 1. The lies started the moment we walked in. They told us the car we came to see was taken out by a mechanic for lunch—but we literally saw it sitting in the parking lot. Seriously? Lying right from the start? 2. We had a scheduled appointment, but nobody helped us until after 4:30 PM. What’s the point of booking a time if they don’t even bother to follow through? Total lack of respect for our time. 3. The car was listed online for $19,465. After a test drive and wasting nearly 3 hours, they suddenly say, “Oh that was a pricing error, it’s actually $33,000.” Are you kidding me? That’s not a mistake—that’s bait-and-switch, plain and simple. 4. They also advertised a $4,000 IRS rebate on top of the listed price. But once we got there, they told us that discount was already factored in. How can they just assume I qualify for a rebate and adjust pricing like that before I even buy? This place is completely shady. They wasted our time, misled us, and tried to pull one trick after another. I wouldn’t trust them for a second and will never step foot in there again. Avoid this dealership at all costs. More
I had a very disappointing experience. 1. Although I had a scheduled appointment at 3:30 pm, no one attended to us until after 4:30 PM. 2. A vehicle was listed online for $19,465, but 1. Although I had a scheduled appointment at 3:30 pm, no one attended to us until after 4:30 PM. 2. A vehicle was listed online for $19,465, but after a test drive and spending nearly 3 hours at the dealership, we were informed that the price was a mistake and the actual cost was $33,000. This was extremely misleading and a complete waste of our time. 3. The website also advertised a $4,000 IRS rebate in addition to the listed price. However, once we arrived, we were told that the rebate was already included in the listing—which contradicts what was advertised. It’s unclear how they can assume eligibility for such rebates on behalf of customers before a purchase is even made. Overall, the experience felt deceptive and unprofessional. I would not trust this dealership again and will not be returning. More
There is nothing good I can say about the experience we had. The vehicle we wanted was listed online with no indication that the price was "with Dealer Financing". It was nowhere on their ad, nowhere on th had. The vehicle we wanted was listed online with no indication that the price was "with Dealer Financing". It was nowhere on their ad, nowhere on the listing with AutoTrader, CarGurus, or Cars.com. But when we sat down to make the deal, they came with a cash price that was over $2K more than the listed price. We declined and I came home and did my research. First thing next morning Ty (claiming to be the "General Sales Manager" wanted to know if he could do anything to change our minds, I told him to sell me the truck we wanted for the cash price we could afford. He said he had to check with the sales team to see if they could get the price down - this didn't make much sense to me since you would think that the "General Sales Manager" would be over the "Sales Team" - but what do I know? Regardless, I said fine, he said he was "actively" working on it. So throughout the day I kept checking, he kept saying he was working on it, but in truth he was just stringing me along until 6:35pm when he said that there is nothing he could do - I showed him that their add made no indication that the price was contingent on financing, but then he just played stupid (maybe he wasn't playing - but again, what do I know?). Turns out, as he was stringing me along, they sold the truck out from under me. This is not only unethical, it is by legal definition a breach of contract and a violation of fair dealing laws. If I actually gave a crap, I would sue them, but they are not worth it and we ended up finding a better option at National GMC. Do yourself a favor, look elsewhere, the so-called "Forever Warranty" is not worth their xx. More
