Hi Josh, After waiting for over a week and asking Garrett multiple times with no update I called Nisan in Orem and they told me they could have a new wheel in 2 hours. So I don't know why Tim Dahle can't get one in over a week. It's crazy to me that a wheel of all things is something your company ignored and let me drive off with it faulty. Literally bent so bad on the back side that the air wont stay in. I could have had a blowout on the freeway. Sense your shop could not get me in and sense I was driving on the doughnut wheel I went ahead and order a new wheel on my own. So now I don't need help. If you're interested I can send you a picture of the damage so you can see how blatant this was (Costco told me someone put silicone on it) and how there's no way it could have been missed after your company had the car for over two months. FYI when I brought the car to your shop they looked at the wrong wheel. This is not necessarily their fault because Costco had rotated tires and the damage on the outside of the wheel they looked at made us assume that was the bad wheel but then I lost all the air again later that day and had to put the spare on. So I lost all the air 2 times in a few days and Tim Dahle had it for 2 months.
