Randy was a wonderful salesperson. He made us feel right at home and worked with us until we found just what we wanted. He turned us over to Ron Davis the financial officer who was top notch. He called all over to find us the best deal on financing. He also offered us a veicle to take to NY to deliver a mattress to my grandson.. Dealerships just don't do these things with no strings attached. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Randy and Ron were the nicest people we have ever bought a vehicle from. More

As an educated and demanding consumer I made several visits to dealerships in the area including Classic Chevrolet in a span of 2 weeks. While all of the dealerships were offering what I was in the mar visits to dealerships in the area including Classic Chevrolet in a span of 2 weeks. While all of the dealerships were offering what I was in the market for, my final decision rested on the customer service and final price of the vehicle. I rated the Customer Service a 5 because after having been there several times I was expecting the sales staff to treat me like a “window shopper” and I must say that never happened. They treated me with respect and offered me full attention every time. On Quality of Work I rated them a 5 based on the sales staff’s commitment to my complete satisfaction (I am sure this rating is for vehicle service but I haven’t crossed that bridge yet). On Friendliness I rated Classic a 5 because after several visits from the same customer other dealerships became familiar with me and began treating me like the “window shopper” and not like the educated consumer who values his dollar. On Overall Experience I rated Classic a 5 based on all of the above including the final steps it took to seal the deal. On Price I gave Classic a rating of 5 because when I was explained the details of the trade/purchase price/down payment… I walked out feeling they did their level best so that both sides would part ways knowing they hadn’t been taken advantage of. The true American way to do business…it’s the “Classic” way. With all the greed businesses have these days it’s nice to know these dealerships are still around. Check them out. I will be returning for my next purchase, in a few years though I am enjoying my new car now! More

The Customer service is great! I was met at the door with a welcome greeting, but never felt pressured. Its the kind of inviting atmosphere that makes you want to come back often.
