Stopped in to schedule appointment for my parking brake light that was on. Service tech on phone never acknowledged me I was there to say I'll just be a minute.. had parking brake pads put on because my tr light that was on. Picked up truck again service tech on the phone never acknowledged me sales rep came over apologized and help me get my truck. Then with in a few miles service parking brake light came back on. Stopped in service to talk about next step service tech on phone again for over 10 minutes never acknowledge I was there to say wait a minute. I don't mind waiting but I think they should just acknowledge you're there More

This place is terrible. I bought my vehicle in September, and the check engine light has been on since day one. It has spent more time in the shop then it has on the road I bought my vehicle in September, and the check engine light has been on since day one. It has spent more time in the shop then it has on the road with me. Major repair, after major repair and just when you've had enough and call them out for being crooks, then your warranty isn't going to cover anymore work that needs to be done. Then they will rub in your face that they have excellent credit, and $30,000 limit credit cards. I will never, EVER go back to this scam of a place, and i highly recommend others don't. More
