The sales guy was real nice and he worked fast, when I
got the vehicle to test drive I noticed a wobble with the steering wheel and an odd noise coming from the rear end which I made known after the test
got the vehicle to test drive I noticed a wobble with the steering wheel and an odd noise coming from the rear end which I made known after the test drive. When it came time to sit with the finance manager just like any dealership a lot of stuff and numbers is thrown at you fast, my payment jumped almost 40$ just from the 2 cover rates that were suggested to me. When I declined one of them the fiancé manger seemed angry with me and that pissed me off because at that point I felt a lot of pressure to buy their stuff.not to happy with how that all went. Now, this is where I realized I made a mistake going there. I brought my vehicle to the service center less then a week after signing the paperwork and I was told a clutch in the rear differential was slipping, they refilled it with oil and sent it back to me, about a week later I had it back in the shop so they could repair the problem. I got 2 different answers on what actually was repaired. So I honestly don’t know what the problem was or what was repaired. Now any other dealership I’ve been to they fix whatever is broken on that vehicle for feee if it’s under the first 30 days, this place is different I had to pay a portion out of my own pocket for something that was wrong from before I test drove it and I only had it about 3 weeks when I brought it back to the shop the second time. I would suggest checking out other dealerships before you come here just because you gotta pay to have the vehicle fixed even if it’s something from before you tested it out so be sure to have about 500 bucks extra to cover your butt.
