We take concerns like this very seriously, and I want to address a few things directly. First, we would never dismiss a customer’s concerns or “rub anything in anyone’s face.” That is not how we operate, and it certainly does not reflect our values as a company. If a vehicle has been in for multiple repairs, there would be detailed documentation of every visit, what was diagnosed, what was covered under warranty, and what was not. Warranty coverage decisions are made based on the contract terms and the warranty provider’s guidelines — not arbitrarily. At this time, we still do not have enough information publicly to identify the vehicle or review the service history. I would genuinely like the opportunity to pull the file, review everything thoroughly, and have a direct conversation to see what can be done.
