Update: Dealer called me this morning and apologized for the mixup and misunderstanding Also refunded the charge I directly paid to Tindol. Thank you. I’m back to being a loyal customer. Tindol Ford would not honor the prepaid amount I paid Ford Accessories for my install. As a matter of fact they more than tripled the cost even though I was there lass than an hour. Ford charged me $112 for .8 hours of work. Tindol then charged me an additional $379. More

The issue with my vehicle was ? Misdiagnosed . The dealership wanted 1300 to fix an issue with my seat. Was told frame was broken needed to be replaced . I took it to another busi Misdiagnosed . The dealership wanted 1300 to fix an issue with my seat. Was told frame was broken needed to be replaced . I took it to another business and they reset the module . Problem fixed for $150. Cheaper then the diagnostic fee that I paid at the dealership which was a waste of money and my time . Nothing was broken . More

Out standing! ! I’ve never had customers service like this before! Took my car to the local ford dealer in Charleston that was a mistake! Had an appointment that th ! Had an appointment that they could not find, this was for a recall, then was told it would be a week before they could look at it! Called the dealer that I bought the vehicle from. Tindol Ford, they drove from Gastonia NC to Charleston to pick up my vehicle and brought it back to me, here’s the kicker they even gave me a free rental car!! I’ve been a ford customer since 1972 and have never had such superior customer service in my life. When I purchased this car they also delivered it!! More
