Lyle demonstrated his extensive knowledge of the vehicle during our first telephone conversation. After speaking with him for about 20 minutes, I felt like I had known him for at least 10 years. Lyle was very patient and took the time to explain things about the car to me in detail. He was never pushy in any way and treated me as an individual and not just another customer. He is an expert on the Ford Mustang and on Roush products. He was completely honest and kept his word on every item that we had discussed and agreed on. Whenever we arrived at the dealership to pick up our vehicle, Julie, Wanda, and Anita all treated us extremely well and made us feel right at home. We traveled a considerable distance to purchase a vehicle from Lyle Sturgis, and will not hesitate to do business with him again in the future. I felt compelled to write to you expressing my gratitude for the help and service that I received from Mike Brown. Wow, what a great guy. I made a new friend just visiting with him. I had no intention on purchasing a vehicle when I met Mike. I had brought my Subaru Outback in for some work. My Subaru is an older car that I use to run errands and take to the airport when I go to work. I am a Ford guy, as was my Dad who had a dealership years and years ago. I walked over to the Ford side and just started visiting with Mike outdoors. We didn't even talk about cars for quite a while. I don't remember how the conversation progressed, but I mentioned how my 2 kids had mustangs, and I have always wanted one. He had just taken one in on trade from a couple where the Husband became disabled serving in the Military. I am going to try to keep this short, but would be happy to talk to you more someday if you want. I was on my way home from the Charlotte airport and decided to stop by Tindol Ford and take a look at the Mustang that was on the lot with no intention of buying it, mostly because I figured that we could never get even close to the price that I had in mind. I had researched many other cars both private sellers and other dealerships. Needless to say, I now own a 2015 Mustang GT Premium, which I love and am happy with. But more importantly, I made a new friend in Mike. What a great person, and you are truly blessed having him on your team. I have always been very skeptical of dealerships, and have a dim view of car salesman and car dealerships. I am happy to say that Mike has earned my trust. The only thing that I do not like about buying a car, is the back and fourth between the "manager" and the salesman. That has always turned me off about dealerships. Outside of that one thing, Mike has earned my trust and I would recommend him to anyone if they are looking to buy a new or used car. New car for Mom It was time for my mom to get a new vehicle so I took her around to various lots to see what she was interested in and she decided to go with an Explo It was time for my mom to get a new vehicle so I took her around to various lots to see what she was interested in and she decided to go with an Explorer. Took her up to Tindol where we worked with Kurtis Vause. Kurtis was great to deal with. There were many Explorer Limited on the lot but they either had options she didn't want or didn't have the options that she wanted. We tried to work a deal on one but couldn't get the numbers to our liking so we decided to have one ordered built to what my mother wanted at a price she was happy with. During the order process I was able to track it's progress online, Kurtis would also call to update me on its status as well. Only took a month from once the order was placed to be delivered and we were able to pick it up and finish the paperwork out yesterday. I myself am a 3 time Ford owner. Two of those purchases from Town & County in Charlotte, 3rd would have been too but the service I received from them for a potential 3rd time buyer pales in comparison to the service and attention we received from Tindol on our first ever purchase. When it comes time for me to get a new truck Tindol will be my first stop and Kurtis, if he's still there will be asked for. More
