Diagnosed broken horn switch. Could not find replacement part. Also replaced 3 spark plug and ignition coils. Repairs took 8 days. Was charged $160 for misfiring diagnostics and another $160 for inoperable horn diagnostics. Was told that I would not be charged more than the diagnostic for horn if they could fix for $160 or less. In addition to broken horn switch, the horn assembly was also burned out and needed to be replaced. Horn assembly was not replaced. More

Truck wouldn't crank. Tindol fixed it for 500+ dollars. I found the fix on the internet after I took it in for repairs; 60 dollars for parts, and it was an easy fix. Considering the times and era we are in, when most businesses are more about fees, charges, less quality of work becoming a norm, TINDOL maintains the same high levels of service to the customer. Although we have faced a couple small challenges with vehicle problems, during the past 25 years, TINDOL has always properly diagnosed the problem and offered cost-effective solutions. NO UNEXPECTED COST. TINDOL Service has always clearly explains the repairs offered and the cost up front. While some dealers/service departments will quickly sell a customer repairs or parts not actually required, my experience is just the opposite. Especially with repairs. If I needed the repairs or parts immediately to maintain a running and safe vehicle, it was encouraged. However, if the service recommended was not needed immediately, the Service representative made that clear. As a customer, I have never felt pressured or hopeless by anyone at TINDOL. ALL representatives have been loyal to my family and I. I must mention one Service Department employee, immediately coming to mind, regardless of what day it is, or what kind of day he is having, Josh Carver, unconditionally, deserves recognition. JOSH is a great example of what I would expect as a TEA.M player if I ran a business. Do the right thing when nobody is watchiing and treat others as you would want to be treated. I have personally witnessed Josh treat each customer with the same high level of comrades as he has my family and I. I truly can't deny being treated any differently ,consistently, by all the employees at TINDOL. Work was done in a timely manner and staff were friendly. My issue was I was quoted a price and after work was completed the bill was $200.00 more.
