Upon arrival at the dealership, I was greeted by Terrie Richardson at the front door and she asked "Do you have an appointment? And, can I help you find what you are looking for?". She toured me around the inventory lot and allowed me to look inside the F-150s for a better ideal of the vehicles up close and personal. Without her assistance, I don't know if I would have a purchased a vehicle at that time. Also, Terrie introduced me to Eddie Pittman who assisted me with the final sales price of the F-150 and he assisted me on my Trade-in. Finally, I had the pleasure to meet Bill Hamilton who was a gifts sales associate within the dealership. I bought the car at Tindol Ford-I always thought it nice, but my gosh-what service did is amazing. The car is far superior than I imagined. Not only that-but I work third shift and I arrived way too tired. Unable to leave in a loaned vehicle they offered-I was rescued by salesman Don Hong who invited my resting in his office. Tied up his office-is what I did...but he was so-gracious-and kind. No sooner propped up and falling asleep I felt a thick warm blanket about me-and my head propped on a pillow. Ms Tindol had heard I was resting-she sent them. Now that is family service. Would anyone be surprised to find this successful dealership is family owned? I say there is nothing like that-these corporate owned places cant compete with this level of customer care. I am a lifetime customer for these hard working people. Ms Tindol should give Brian the service tech a raise! Mechanics that good-are hard to find-it's amazing what they can do!
