After visiting 5 dealerships in my home state of CT with no lucky in friendliness or customer service I went on cars.com and found a good deal on a 13 Ford F150 at Tindol. After an inquiry I was contacted immediately by Mr. Wilder. Mr. Wilder was immediately helpful, honest, and had a genuine care for his job. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with him during my purchase. Tindol provided exceptional customer service and represented their brand of Ford extremely well. Mr. Wilder in particular was instrumental in my decision to travel 1600 total miles to purchase my vehicle. I wish I lived in NC and I wish I could service my truck there! Overall experience was good. The original price quoted was too high but when I saw the same truck on your website for 5k less than we we quoted by Marcus and we called to ask about it we were immediately was too high but when I saw the same truck on your website for 5k less than we we quoted by Marcus and we called to ask about it we were immediately given the Internet price. I thought that was slightly shady. But other than that we are very pleased with our new truck and would recommend others. I would just advise anyone shopping for a vehicle at any dealership to check their website for better prices. More

Everyone was open, informative all available program options were explained fully. When we picked up the car, it was ready, documentation was in order and process was handled smoothly. I’m from an automobile family in a small town...a long time ago. I felt as though I’d gone back in time. My grandson commented about the professional manner of the Earl Tindol Ford staff and I agree. So many automobile dealers push so hard it’s easy to walk away and not look back. Time seemed to fly by on our visits…the first to purchase an automobile due to arrive within days…the second to take a new car home from Earl Tindol Ford.
