This is the second time within a year that I worked with Mike on a Ford Escape lease and both times were equally AMAZING experiences! The second time was a urgent need due to my son totaling his Escape in a car accident. From start to finish Mike makes the process unbelievably easy, works extremely hard to get the best price possible and goes above & beyond to offer first class customer service! My son's accident was on a Monday morning and I was able to finalize the new Escape lease by Thursday afternoon. If your looking to purchase or lease a vehicle I would highly recommend you call Mike Brown first. He sets a very high standard on how every car buying/leasing experience should be! More

Lisa Fischer was so helpful and went above and beyond to ensure the best customer care. Their free shuttle service is so convenient and highly recommended. The shuttle driver (Lee) was such a nice gentleman, dropping me off while my car was being serviced, returning to deliver my forgotten phone, and returning again to take me back to the dealership when my car was ready. I was also impressed by the minimal expense and will return when my car needs another service. Thank you Lisa, Lee, and Tindol Ford Roush! More

Horrible customer service experience I recently purchased a 2019 Ford Raptor, and shortly after (2500 miles on it) I brought it into this dealership to have them look at the rear led ligh I recently purchased a 2019 Ford Raptor, and shortly after (2500 miles on it) I brought it into this dealership to have them look at the rear led lights that come factory installed on the raptors. Both lights had water trapped in them. The truck was still new, never taken offroad and at the time never driven in the rain. Upon arrival at the dealership I was not greeted by anyone. I entered thru the service bay and patiently waited for someone to acknowledge me. That didn’t happen so I had to interrupt two service advisors that were having a casual conversation. The woman service advisor was the one to help me. I told her the issue I was having with the lights retaining water and 2 days prior were flickering. Her first statement to me was “well I can tell you ford doesn’t warranty aftermarket lights.” Dumbfounded, I tried to explain to her that these lights are a factory installed item that comes on every ford raptor made. She then argues with me about it until another service advisor informed her that they are indeed a factory installed item. Somewhat irritated I tried to Continue business with her and fulfill my warranty claim until she became completely ignorant. She stated she would take pictures and send them to ford, but they would tell me the same thing that they are not covered under warranty. I could see our conversation was not going to progress so I asked for my key back and she directly told me to my face “if I don’t like it then I can get out and go back to Keith Hawthorne ford down the street where I bought the truck.” So I left and called the manager to make him aware of how his customers were being treated by his employees. He did apologize and asked me to bring the truck back later in the week and he would take a look at it himself. So once again I took time out of my day to go back to a dealership that treated me with complete disrespect because i didn’t want to judge the caliber of dealership Tindoll Ford is off just one employee/ bad experience. As promised I took the truck back and the General Manager did take a look at the truck himself along with the Manager of the body shop located at the dealer. They stated that this is a warranty covered item and that they would order the parts and call me in a few days when they arrive. Well that was about 3 months ago give or take, and I have called numerous times to see about the parts but no one has called back. I have been more than patient and more than fair with this dealer. I have done everything I’m supposed to do as a customer but can only do so much with a dealership that cares nothing about there customers and make no effort to correct their mistake when given the opportunity. So here I am leaving a 1 star because not only was I treated with complete disrespect by a employee, I was also lied to by management. My advise would be to steer clear of this dealership. There are other ford dealerships in the area that I’m sure will be more than happy to help. More

Top of the class ! Where do I begin... . I reside in New Jersey and was currently in the market for a ROUSH F-150 and decided to search the internet. My search took me f Where do I begin... . I reside in New Jersey and was currently in the market for a ROUSH F-150 and decided to search the internet. My search took me from dealerships in the metro areas to Tindol ROUSH in North Carolina. I was searching for not only for the best price but MOST of all customer experience. About a week ago on a Sunday I sent an inquiry about a particular ROUSH F-150 and received an email back from Lyle Sturgis. What dealership sends an email back on a Sunday to see how they can help you. This wasn’t a generic email that dealerships send out after hours this was Lyle taking the time from his day finding out what he can do to help me. That being said I spoke with Lyle over the next several days and I can’t begin to tell you what an absolute pleasure it is talking with him. It felt like I knew him for 20 years. When speaking to Lyle you can hear he has passion for the ROUSH product and enjoys each day at Tindol Ford. I knew speaking with him I wanted to purchase my ROUSH from him no matter if the deal was several hundred miles away, That being said Lyle over nighted the paper work to me and the deal was complete. It was simple as that. Yesterday I flew out to to NC in person to see not only the truck but to meet Lyle and was greeted with open arms. He was more than the respectful voice on the phone he was Lyle Sturgis. A gentlemen who has passion for what he selling but making sure I was happy. I also had the pleasure to go through the features of the truck with Ludger Reed. Ludger is Lyles right hand man and knows the inside and out of the ROUSH perosmance product. As being an “A” type of personality person I went through the truck inch by inch to make sure everything was perfect where Ludger was doing the same. That says a lot! Most places they sell you vehicle and when the deal is done that’s it. Not Ludger. He was looking and taking care of my truck as if it was his own. You can’t put a price on that and knowing my truck is in good hands with him as it will be as the truck is shipped to my house this coming week. I can’t say enough about these guys. There’s not enough words... Where do you find people who are dedicated and have the passion for the prouducr they sell and have fun doing it. This day and age you have many choices to buy a something but nothing comes close to excellent customer experiences but must of all finding a new friend ship. Thank you Lyle and Ludger you guys are the best and an asset to the Tindol ROUSH team.... Can wait for the truck to arrive! Rich More
