Knowledgeable and friendly staff, large selection I was out looking at Mustangs and I came across Tindol Ford. When I pulled into the parking lot I saw the largest collection of Roush Mustangs I I was out looking at Mustangs and I came across Tindol Ford. When I pulled into the parking lot I saw the largest collection of Roush Mustangs I have ever seen at a dealership. It didn't take long for an employee to approach me to offer help. When I said I was interested in purchasing a Roush Mustang the employee called the Roush expert over to help me find the Roush I was looking for. The Roush expert, Jody, knew everything about the Roush Mustangs on the lot and I could tell that he was a man that loves Mustangs and loves his job. Jody told me about the differences between the different stages of Roush's that were available and he helped me learn about why Roush's are so special. It didn't take long for Jody to find me the Roush Mustang that I wanted. After test driving the car with Jody I knew that I was buying my first Roush Mustang that day. After Jody sealed the deal, Lyle stepped in to help get everything finalized. Lyle was another Roush expert that loves Roush Mustangs and loves his job. It didn't take Lyle long to get all the information together to make the Roush mine. Lyle and Jody also let me know about all the special events that Roush owners could enjoy. This was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. I will definitely recommend Tindol Ford to all my friends and family. If you are looking for a Mustang then Tindol Ford should be your first stop. More

Very comfortable & relaxed buying experience / Great!! This was my first experience with this dealership and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I can not address the after the sale experience yet since I just purchased my f150 super crew cab truck today but if it is as pleasant and successful as my purchasing experience then I will be very pleased entirely! I never one time felt pressured and everyone who I dealt with from the sales manager, the salesman, the finance manager, the service manager (whom I was introduced to) was so down to earth and took all the time I needed to get all my questions answered. I would especially like to think my salseman ( Mike Brown ) who was so helpful and patient and even took extra time with me after the sale going over how to use some of the electronics. I also found the entire team to be very honest! Just for the record I am a 71 year old retired mechanical engineer that has bought my share of vehicals in my time and would rate this as my top Ford dealership. I purchased a Roush F150 there, and worked with Lyle Sturgis the Roush manager - it was the best vehicle purchasing experience I've ever had. Lyle worked with me for over a month to help me get exactly what I wanted, he handled getting the exact truck with the exact options I wanted and also handled the transportation and service for the Roush performance package. I was really impressed with how professional Lyle was, during the entire process. He kept me updated and even pulled in some favors to help get my truck completed earlier then normal to meet my holiday travel plans. I would also like to thank the Roush Performance team for their help, they definitely went above and beyond to help me get my truck finished (in record time) so I could enjoy Christmas with my family - in my new truck :) Thanks again for all your help!
