Great Dealership I had recently purchased a new vehicle from Toyota of North Charlotte in May and it was not a great experience at all not only did it take a long time I had recently purchased a new vehicle from Toyota of North Charlotte in May and it was not a great experience at all not only did it take a long time (about 6 hours), I didn't feel as though I was getting the best for the money. However, the salesman Cliff at Tindol Ford was able to get me an even better deal for the Ford Fusion that I really wanted. Him and his assistant had exceptional customer service and the process did not take long at all. I was able to get an even better deal and left feeling way better. They were straight up about what they could do as we negotiated the deal and they seemed to understand what I wanted and needed to do to get a good deal. After much research, I contacted Tindol asking to be shown one that was listed on the web page. So, out of the blue, Gordon Haygood calls me and sets up an appointment. I was immediately impressed with the dealership and with Gordon's approach. There was no pressure, but Tindol definitely had the Transit I wanted. I planned to sell the old one to a friend, but off the cuff asked about a trade in. Within an hour, I bought a new Transit, traded in the old one, financed the balance and set a date for pickup. I have purchased eight (8) other Fords, five of which were brand new from two other Ford dealerships, and NEVER received that kind of service. My financing and insurance were all handled without me leaving my house!! I was beyond impressed!!!
