I have not received the truck yet and no one knows where it is at. Received an email from Ford and they keep pushing back the arrival date. Also, I would like to laud Heather for her sparkling and positive personality at checkout. The new “Fast Lane” is a fantastic idea, and makes the regular maintenance and NC inspection process move faster. Also, the communication between Josh and Bryan (mechanic), and then back to me was timely and helpful. Lastly, almost every time ANY employee of Tindol came through the waiting area, they had a warm smile and interacted briefly with us. The team at Tindol Ford is truly phenomenal! More
The purchase experience went fine, upon return to dealership to inquire about the code for the keypad entry feature, things went downhill quickly. Salesman said that it would cost me $50 to $75 to ge dealership to inquire about the code for the keypad entry feature, things went downhill quickly. Salesman said that it would cost me $50 to $75 to get the code reset. I paid full asking price for car, now I need to pay additional money in order to use a feature on my car. I paid a $699 dealer service fee, (what is this for?), I also paid some bogus "After Markets" fee of $500, (have no clue what this is). I'm sure the original code can be found with the car's VIN. Earl Tindol Ford, Inc. is a Ford dealership, not Uncle Ben's Used Cars, they should have contacts. Good Sale Gone Bad!!! More

Stay away! After the worst buying experience, I thought it was finally over. Then I found out the finance guy added a $3500 service contract to my loan. I have been trying since March 9th to get it canceled and refunded. Ford finally canceled but they haven't even been able to reach Tindol to help with the refund. Go anywhere but Tindol! More
