Had an appointment that they could not find, this was for a recall, then was told it would be a week before they could look at it! Called the dealer that I bought the vehicle from. Tindol Ford, they drove from Gastonia NC to Charleston to pick up my vehicle and brought it back to me, here’s the kicker they even gave me a free rental car!! I’ve been a ford customer since 1972 and have never had such superior customer service in my life. When I purchased this car they also delivered it!! More
