I recently bought a car from Titan Auto Sales with the uupmost satisfaction not only with the vehicle but also the sales people there. The salesmen here are very knowledge able as to what features the veh uupmost satisfaction not only with the vehicle but also the sales people there. After viewing the video of the car online which not all dealerships have I was ery impressed. I also liked the fact that I could view a sales person online at their website before even talking to the dealership. When I went in for the first time I was able to recognize right away who I had been talking to on the phone about the car. The salesmen were very friendly from the moment I walked in the door with no hovering over me like at most dealerships. I was informed that each car is serviced and if something came up in the future I could call and make an appointment to have the vehicle serviced there. The pricing of the cars here are an excellent value. They are not overpriced at all after comparing prices to other dealers in the area. Overall I would highly recommend Titan Auto Sales to anyone looking to purchase a car. In fact, I already have started recommending them to several friends and family. More

I bought a KIA Sorento SUV from Titian that I was told went through a 250pt inspection. I should've known there was a problem when they came up with some B.S. answer to why I couldn't see the inspection r went through a 250pt inspection. I should've known there was a problem when they came up with some B.S. answer to why I couldn't see the inspection report, because I've driven less than 2000 Mi. and noticed that the tires are wearing very unevenly. So I brought it to my local dealership to get an alignment, only to find that the rear breaks pads were 15% (needed replacement) and one of the seat belt sensors were not working. Meaning that if I were to get into an accident the air bags would not have gone off. Both of these were very concerning to me so I contacted Titan to express my concerns and was told that I could schedule an appointment mon-fri and they'd replace it at their shop IF I PAID FOR THE PARTS!!!! I told them this was not acceptable considering I live 3.5 hours away and was told in the first place that this car wouldn't need breaks for some time. The guy told me point blank, "you drove this far because it was the least expensive Sorento you could find, the reason we can sell cars so cheap is because we do the minimal amount to them. If we would have put new breaks on then we'd have to add that into the sell price." So I guess the saying is true, you get what you pay for. Knowing what I know now, I would never buy a car from this dealership without a 3rd party inspection on that vehicle first. More

I needed a 4WD Escape with low miles. After looking around everywhere, getting nothing but pushy sales people and cars that just weren't worth what they expected to get for them, I finally found Titan' around everywhere, getting nothing but pushy sales people and cars that just weren't worth what they expected to get for them, I finally found Titan's website online. I was immediately impressed after watching the video of a 2003 Escape, it was beautiful! I was still skeptical that I would get there and find it too good to be true, but after I met Manny, no sales pitch, he showed me the car, and it was exactly what I saw in the video. I got a great deal, and just what I needed. I am extremely happy with Titan and am recommending them to anyone in search of a car. No hassle, great deals, and good customer service! More
