I am admittedly a Disgruntled customer. Were these reviews stating great service and deals are our suspicious. I purchased a used truck about a year ago. Ross was the sales person. And the managers na reviews stating great service and deals are our suspicious. I purchased a used truck about a year ago. Ross was the sales person. And the managers name at that time was Chris. Ross is your Atypical salesman that will tell you anything you want to hear truth or not just to sell anything they have on the lot. He may quality promises that were never true. Did not disclose issues with the vehicle. They basically cleaned it and threw it out on the lot. Best way to describe Ross is she is a liar. Even with their 3 month/3000 mile warranty, I had to make threats to get them to honor it. Both transmission and oil pans severely leaked. All in all I gave up and spent thousands to get the vehicle to where you could use it normally. He told me Vehicle had newish tires and new brakes which was a complete lie. I ended up paying for everything myself.. To get everything right I simply took it to the dealership and have it done properly. The vehicle is only in good condition because I dumped about $4000 into it after I was stupid enough to believe his lies. Do not buy anything from this dealership. The only person that seem to be honest was the manager Who they fired after he tried to properly help me under the warranty agreement.. For my troubles they only offered to detail my vehicle. Ross and never offered or gave the vehicle detail as promised. Even before purchase I told them a spare tire for the truck was needed as part of the deal. I did eventually get the spare tire but it was on a rusted rim and the tire the spear had tire rot As did the tires on the vehicle which I was told were in next to new condition. Do not do business with this dealership. No integrity whatsoever More

I got a nice pickup truck, Ross gave me an excellent customer service and did not pressure me into a purchase. My first time financing and they were able to get me a great interest rate And low monthly customer service and did not pressure me into a purchase. Very shady business! I was in the process of buying a car from them until they added in a bunch of extra fees without telling me & that’s not even the worst part.
